Something about: My expectation for future influence of this workshop for my profesional development!
Facilitation is the art of leadership in group communication and collaboration.
Facilitation in both online and face to face settings aims to promote a social atmosphere and a lively exchange of views. I honest hope that after a period of time (maybe from this October) I can start acting as excellent face to face, but is the same time as online facilitator.
From one side I would like to continue work at PEP- Project as ICT consultant, and as online facilitator for in-service teachers and from the other side I would enjoy working with my students (pre-service) teachers, preparing than for challenger of the “future” classroom.
And now... Let's read your thoughts about my thoughts...That's the best way of learning from eachother! ;)

You say that ... "Facilitation in both online and face to face settings aims to promote a social atmosphere and a lively exchange of views" ... I agree.
Through this however we aim to facilitate learning. The key to learning is attention - focussing our mind on the issue or subject. The good facilitator stimulates that attention through creating situations that motivate the learner to focus and attend.
Hi Keith,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.
And yes… I totally agree with you when you say :"The good facilitator stimulates that attention through creating situations that motivate the learner to focus and attend".
I would like to add: "Learning requires both ideas and action -- thinking and doing". We could also learn from experience, the learning is closely connected to beliefs about how the world works, what is right and wrong. In addition to this individuals must experience something unexpected or surprising, have a new question in mind... all this motivates us to learn, to facilitate learning and to share...
Vasko, Wowow I really like your list of outcomes. I just hope we can achieve most of them. I'm sure that with your help and the collaboration of all our colleagues we will all learn a great deal. I like your definition of facilitation and the role of leadership. One of the most important results of quality learning facilitation is demonstrating through our actions our beliefs and our love of learning. I feel that your experiences and commitment to education will be one of your greatest assets and that with hard work, practices and continuous learning your work as a facilitator will help many educators grow.
